What we collect when you ask for a quote, what we do with it, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the two addresses involved in your move, your target date, and any details you add. We do not ask for payment information on this website.
Why we collect it
To quote and schedule your move, and to contact you about it. That is the only reason.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
- We do not run third party advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages lead to quote requests. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the pages you view, and general details about your device and browser. IP anonymisation is turned on, so your address is truncated before it is stored.
We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation. That means your activity here is not linked across devices, is not used to build advertising audiences, and is not used to target ads to you. We do not run advertising cookies of any kind, and we do not sell or share this data.
We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends the GPC signal, or the older Do Not Track header, analytics does not load on this site at all. Nothing is requested from Google and nothing is sent. You do not have to click anything, and there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
You can also opt out for every site you visit with Google's browser add-on, or block analytics cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Third party services
The map on this site is embedded from Google Maps, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy. Quote form submissions are delivered by email through a transactional email provider and are not used for any other purpose.
Our reviews page embeds a widget from Elfsight that displays our live Google and Facebook review feeds. Loading it means your browser contacts Elfsight and those review platforms directly, and they may log that request and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies rather than ours. The widget appears on the reviews page only.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
